About to ADED 2026
The International Conference on Art, Design and Education Development in 2026 (ADED 2026) will be held grandly in Chengdu, a historic and cultural city as well as the capital of innovation and creativity in China. This conference focuses on the empowering role of art and design practices in the modernization of education, aiming to build a cross disciplinary and high-level international academic exchange platform, bringing together experts, scholars, artists, designers, educators, and policy makers in the fields of art, design, education, psychology, cultural research, digital media, and STEAM education. The conference will focus on innovative practices of art education and aesthetic education in basic education, the application of design thinking in curriculum development and teaching mode reform, the integration of digital art and virtual reality technology in teaching scenarios, the path of integrating cultural heritage and regional culture into art education, the cultivation of creative design talents and interdisciplinary teaching models, the integration mechanism of production and education in university art design courses, the development of social and community art education, the support system for special group art education, the educational dissemination of sustainable design concepts, art healing and the development of students' mental health, and other cutting-edge topics for in-depth discussion. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, teaching case exhibitions, and art workshops, we aim to promote art and design as an important force in promoting educational equity, stimulating creativity, and enhancing humanistic literacy. ADED 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "educating people through aesthetic education and inspiring intelligence through creativity", advocating for the deep integration of art and design into the entire education process, and cultivating future talents with aesthetic ability, innovative spirit, and social responsibility. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in relevant international journals indexed by A&HCI, SSCI, or Scopus to enhance academic influence.
Record
All full paper submissions to the ADED 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ADED 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to aded@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
